Michelle Gottlieb and Aimee Goodwin
We are the co-owners of Canine Mountain Adventures and we understand busy schedules. Sometimes life gets in the way of providing your best friend the exercise and socialization he or she needs for optimal overall health. No worries – we are here to help! As active women, we have a passion for healthy living, the outdoors … and dogs! We spend much of our time hiking and running the trails of the Upper Valley. We’re excited to offer our services, energy and knowledge of local trails to dog owners.
Michelle has a background in Physical Therapy and has always had dogs of her own, ranging from purebreds to mixed rescues. 21 years ago, she became involved with a spay and neuter dog clinic in South Florida where her passion for strays began. Currently, Michelle is the proud Mom of Charlie, a mixed-breed from Puerto Rico. She has been in the Upper Valley since 1998 where she lives with her husband and teenage son in Norwich. They are very active in the outdoors, spending much of their time hiking, biking, skiing and trail running.
Aimee is a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor who has a passion for all types of animals; fur, scales, feathers – you name it! Aimee organizes an animal welfare educational program that takes place in Puerto Rico for Hanover High School students. As a lifelong outdoor enthusiast, Aimee has worked as a river guide, a climbing instructor and a ski instructor. She is a certified Wilderness First Responder and has experience with search and rescue. Aimee lives with her husband, two teenage sons, three rescue dogs and a bearded dragon in Norwich. They spend their family time searching for adventure near and far.
